📆 Calendar: ONLINE: From the 10th of June, you’ll have an hour class **every Tuesday at 7:30 pm for 8 weeks** until the 29th of July. If you miss a class, don't worry, you'll still get the **replay** of the class and the materials, so no excuse to keep practising your French every week!

Level 1 is for students who have already done a bit of French and feel comfortable with basic questions and answers. You should be able to introduce yourself, say a few things about your life, and you need to be able to use common verbs like aller, faire, vouloir, pouvoir, devoir etc.—even if you still make mistakes or hesitate sometimes.

If you can create sentences like:

- “Quand est-ce que tu vas en France ?”
- “Je ne travaille pas demain, alors je vais au cinéma.”
- "Qu'est ce que tu fais aujourd'hui?'

then this is the right place for you.

This course will help you speak more naturally and feel more in control when forming sentences. We’ll practise common everyday situations and build your confidence in real conversations.

If you're still **unsure between Level 0 and Level 1**, here’s a tip: Level 1 is best if you’re already used to building short sentences and asking basic questions without too much fear; if not, you should start from Level 0.

📚 That's the overall idea, but as you know, **language learning is fluid** and can vary from one student to another. That’s why we keep our classes small, with a maximum of 6 students, to ensure we can adjust to each student’s level and make sure everyone gets plenty of speaking time. The key to learning a language is by speaking it, so our main focus is simple: speak, speak, and speak.

🗣You'll be learning from a **native French Speaker,** **Gabrielle**, so you’ll experience how French is truly spoken, not from an app or a textbook. A quick heads-up: you won’t be learning the typical phrases like “Parlez-vous français ?” or “Voulez-vous visiter le musée ?” because that’s not how we really talk. But don’t worry, I’ll explain all of that during the course and help you sound like a real French speaker!

The class is open for only **6 students** to keep the class small and cosy, but mostly ensure everyone can practice and ask questions.

Every class includes homework and different types of exercises to help you keep a good routine outside of the class. You'll get all the materials in a printed and online version, before/after each class, meaning you don't need to buy a book.
